Idea Sneak Peek {Boys' Room Makeover}

Morning, y'all!

I know I'm super good about keeping any ideas I have brewing for

a room makeover under wraps, but I am just so stinkin' excited about

what I have planned for the boys' room that I thought I'd give you

a little peek into where it's heading.

It's a trial, I tell ya...

Trying to keep 4 boys happy, so after listening to what they all wanted...

Each different according to their interests, but kind of the same theme and color scheme.

I finally said,

"Leave it to me.  I'll do my best."

And hopefully that's good enough!

So, on Friday I went on a 7 hour shopping spree.

I took Ian with me and at least he approved of most of what I picked out.

I'm going a little a different in their room.

Bold Colors...

black, gold, gray, and white

And an industrial feel...

with a little of my own taste thrown in for good measure.

So, if I ever get over this head cold that sprung on me quite suddenly on Saturday, 

I'm going to hit the floor running hard because I CANNOT wait to see it all come together!

Speaking of head colds...

I was a bad blogging friend yesterday.

Wallowing in my bed with the mother of all sinus headaches, 

I completely forgot to post that I was visiting in a super special place yesterday!
